The age limit is 23 years old, and the driver must have a valid driving license for at least 2 year. The same applies to the other drivers listed in the contract. Otherwise, please contact with us.

Although our company is not obliged to book a specific brand or model vehicle of a group under your request, we will try our best to deliver the car you have asked for. This matter always depends on the availability and last minute scheduling.

Please inform us as soon as possible in case you want to cancel or change the reservation. You could use our contact form or use the contact details at the bottom of the page. Cancellation is FREE of charge (with a full refund) up to 48 hours before picking up your vehicle.

The first thing you have to do is inform our agency. You have to give information about the exact location you are. Our staff will report the break-down to Mondial Road Assistance (24/7) and somebody will be with you soon. Our office immediately will do the appropriate actions to change the car with another one.

Of course our employee will wait for you. All our employees are informed at all times for the arrival as well as changes that might occur and they wait for your arrival flight to deliver you the car.

A member of our staff will be waiting for you outside the arrival hall to meet and assist you once you arrive (we will provide all these details to you by email) and also help with the luggage. It only takes a few minutes to make all the paperwork and give you all the necessary information for a carefree holiday. Parking at the airports is free of charge for our guests.
